Introduction:

Auto Responding:
Auto SMS responder is designed to make user facilitate with ease of auto responding to all SMS sender or contact groups with the support of a keyword that should be matched with the incoming SMS and send auto reply if SMS body matched with the keyword without the user interruption.

Busy Mode:
Auto_SMS_Responder also have feature of letting your contacts or callers or SMS senders know about your time whenever you are busy or available. when you switch the busy mode on then all calls will be rejected and an SMS will be sent to let them know that you are "busy at the moment" you can change the busy text of your choice like "I am driving now, contact you later" etc of your choice. On busy mode on also your SMS senders will be informed about your busyness if they send you SMS other than the keyword you saved !

Making Surveys:
Survey feature in auto SMS responder is designed for making surveys tasks more easy and letting the user know about their products, brands level of quality upon user satisfaction by setting a survey keyword just like "abc" or any other name of your company, product etc when the contactor will send the same survey keyword a permission sms they will receive if they are agree to start survey if he / she sends yes or y or 1 then survey will start for that user. All the survey questions that are saved in that survey category will be asked one by one than whenever Auto SMS Responder user wants to check the report of the surveys he / she can check it in the survey report.

Survey feature can also be used for making little quizzes that teacher sets a keyword for their quiz like science , IT, math etc and set the questions for that quiz.

students will send quiz name and and a quiz will be started. after the completion the teacher can check the quizes in the report wizard.

A restaurant owner can mention the keyword like "feedback" and his number in his restaurant to get feedback from customers. now any client send keyword "feedback" a series of questions will get started and like

How to ?

1: how to create an auto response ?

1: run auto sms responder
2: click on add new Response
3: you will see a keyword field that keyword text will be used for sending auto response written in response field.
4: click on save button to save your newly created response.
5: if you want to view previously created responses just click on "view saved responses"

2: How to know about reports ?

1: move current tab to home. (home screen)
2: click on view report button
3: there you will see three types of reports "sms report", "busy mode report","survey report"

a. click on sms report: a list will appear containing auto sent responses against
keyword. click on report a box will appear that will ask you for delete ?
b. busy mode reponse shows text sent when the phone state was busy and survey report show report for your saved surveys. just click on a report to delete.
c. click survey report a survey list panel will appear containing the surveys just
click on a survey there you will see the survey subscribers which user make survey at which time then click on a subscriber it will ask you for your action view survey or delete if you click on view survey you will see all the questions asked and answered.

3: How to create a busy template?
click on "set busy mode" there you will see a default busy template but if you want to create your own template for busy time then click on create new template, write your busy text and save it. then select this template by clicking on select template. a template cannot be deleted if it is selected. (for busy mode)

4: How to set busy mode ?
move to busy responses and click on "switch busy mode" it will ask you for
conformation. and if the you are using android verssion less than 4.0 than you can set a widget at your home screen.
